PEN
is a unique form of executive education, work team education, and
coaching. The coaching includes Executive Coaching, Leadership Coaching
and Team Coaching. It is a dramatic real-time laboratory that provides
executives and top managers with the most effective tools and proven
techniques available to achieve extraordinary objectives. Through
accelerated learning methods, experiential learning, and effective
coaching, participants master skills & techniques seldom acquired
in one’s career.
Structure:
Performance Excellence
Now is a seven to twelve-month program
comprised of Executive Leadership
Team management and design sessions, the mobilization
of High Impact Teams,
Bold Achievements Training
and coaching.
The
purpose of the Bold Achievements
Training workshops (BATs) is to give members of
the High Impact Teams
(HITs) unique tools and proven techniques to enable them to produce
the bold results that the Executive Leadership
Team (ELT) designs and requests. These tools include
business process improvement and effective communication skills
training.
The
three 2-day BAT workshops are characterized by
short and lively presentations coupled with teams applying the principles
learned and doing real work on their projects. Observing the precepts
of accelerated adult learning, simulations and experiential games
are employed to enhance participants’ learning and retention.
